The three primary symptoms of digestive problems are gas, constipation, and belching. In this article I will explain these to you and tell how to get rid of them.

Gas is one of the more painful (and sometimes embarrassing) symptoms of digestive problems. I have had gas trapped in my intestines to the point of agonizing pain. And if you have had gas pains, you know what I mean.
Gas is caused by the fermentation of undigested food. So the problem really isn't the gas, it's that your food isn't digesting properly. The answer to gas problems is to correct the root causes, which means changing the way you eat:
Cut down on sugary products and carbohydrates. The unfriendly bacteria that cause gas thrive on sugar. Also, eating sugary products along with food that is hard to digest, such as lots of fat, can increase the problem. Neither of these is good for you anyway.
Avoid milk products. Milk contains lactose, a milk sugar that most people cannot tolerate.
Avoid wheat products. It is more likely than not that your symptoms of digestive problems are due to gluten intolerance or allergy. Try avoiding wheat products for a few weeks and see if there is an improvement.
Do not ingest too much fiber at a time. If your digestive system is not used to fiber, it will result in gas, and sometimes gas pain.
Avoid musical fruit (beans)
Constipation
Constipation is a big problem in the United States. This is largely due to our fast food and refined food diet.
Another cause of constipation is just not getting enough water.
Constipation is actually just hard stools that do not pass easily through your bowels. So the solution is to keep them soft with fiber and lots of water. So increase your water and fiber intake and things should improve.
Oh, just one more thing. Make sure you get some exercise. This will not only help resolve your constipation problem, but will improve your overall health.
Belching
Belching is one of those symptoms of digestive problems that is often hard to figure out. This is largely due to the many causes. Here are just a few:
Swallowing air (gulping) Breathing through your mouth instead of your nose Emotional stress Carbonated beverages Food intolerances Stomach acid deficiency Food allergy Milk intolerance Just flat having a poor diet
So what can you do to get rid of belching? My recommendation is to take a comprehensive approach to resolving all your digestive problems. This would include changing the way you eat and what you eat.
To begin with, eat slowly, chew your food well, relax while you eat, and eat the right foods in the right combinations. Eating the right way and the right foods can resolve all your digestive problems. And when you do your symptoms of digestive problems will disappear.
